Laughter: is an audible expression or appearance of happiness, or an inward feeling of joy.
Laughing is very beneficial for your body. Laughter is one of the best emotional and physical therapies for anyone under stress. Laughter boosts energy, improves the immune system, and relieves minor pains. In addition, laughing releases endorphins, which improves your mood and reduces harmful chemicals in the body that are released by stress.
Laughter is a great thing we have, love to share with others and make us express ourselves on how we feel. Laughter can be seen as a remedy. When you are having a bad day or not feeling so well then a bit of laughter can do you good. Everyone has his or her own laughter-sound.
Laughter can sometimes end in crying. When you’re having such a great laugh tears can run down your cheeks. Laughter can also end in muscular pain which is because of the muscles you use when you laugh.
Laughter relieves tension
“You can turn painful situations around through laughter. If you can find humor in anything –even poverty—you can survive it.” ~ Bill Cosby
